NCircle Entertainment Halloween DVDs Review & Giveaway! - CLOSED!

NCircle Entertainment has got us covered with Halloween DVDs for our preschoolers' favorite shows!  We received 3 DVDs to review and the kids have been loving them!  They are all geared up for Halloween and watching Halloween episodes of their favorite shows, makes their excitement even greater!  The first one we watched was The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That: Tricks and Treats.  There are 3 stories with a running time of 35 minutes.  The kids love watching Sally, Nick and The Cat happen upon other animals!  These episodes feature bats, spider monkeys and a coconut crab!  The kids love learning about the different animals and of course the fun Halloween costumes!

DVD Description:

A new spooky adventure this DVD brings, with The Cat, Nick and Sally, Fish and the Things. Meet the eeriest critters you have ever seen, arrived just in time for this Halloween! There will be lots of tricks and, of course lots of treats, to share with the animal friends you will meet! Word World is a super fun show that the kids love to watch on PBS Kids.  They were super excited to see Word World: Kooky Spooky Halloween.  This show is so unique.  All of the animals and objects are actual words - just in the shapes and colors of the object.  This show works with kids on phonics, spelling, vocabulary and more.  All of this while having fun!  This DVD contains two episodes: "A Kooky Spooky Halloween" and "Sheep's Halloween Costume".  The kids had a great time watching this DVD and have asked to watch it over and over again since!

My favorite of the three was Sid the Science Kid: Sid's Spooky Halloween!  I'm such a fan of Sid the Science Kid - the kids love it too!  I just love how every episode, Sid asks a science question and learns the answer from his parents and at school with the help of his classmates and Teacher Suzie.  The songs are so catchy and I love that the kids are learning about science.  (I sometimes learn a thing or two also!)  This DVD contains fun Halloween science as well as a bonus story "Sid's Healthy Day".  The kids loved learning about bats, spiders and human skeletons and of course Sid and his friends dressed up for Halloween!
