This DVD is geared toward children ages 3-5 so was perfect for Sam and most of the daycare kiddos! Nursery Rhymes adds great music to many popular kids nursery rhymes, such as Humpty Dumpty, This Little Piggy, 3 Little Kittens, and many more! Sam has been singing some of the songs around the house and I think that it's so cute! Nursery rhymes are so fun for kids and teach them life lessons! I love how these familiar nursery rhymes come to life in this vibrant, musical DVD!

Sam is three years old and knows just about all of his colors, shapes and can count to 20 on a good day. I don't think it ever hurts to practice these things though and this DVD is a great learning tool for preschoolers. I watch children ranging from 3 months to 7 years (Bella). This Rock 'N Learn DVD is really helping all of them to recognize more colors and shapes! This DVD also challenges our kids by teaching them color mixing, less ordinary shapes like octagons and trapezoids and more. I would highly recommend Colors, Shapes & Counting for your preschooler!

Description: This app helps students learn sight words, the most common words in children's literature. It covers a few words from both the Fry's and Dolch lists. Words are presented in context in fun videos. This helps learners understand the meaning of the words, which aids in reading comprehension.

I've been working with Bella on learning about money and how to count change. She is starting to get the hang of it, but it doesn't hurt to have the help of the new Rock 'N Learn DVD we received entitled Money & Making Change. This DVD follows Bill (a dollar bill) and Penny (you guessed it, a penny) as they count how much money Penny has in her piggy bank. They also teach children how to pay for things by having a pretend yard sale. This is a very fun and informative DVD for kids ages 6 and up. Bella really liked listening to the fun songs and is learning even more about money and how it works! Rock 'N Learn has such wonderful learning DVD's and CD's for our kids.
