Bridgewater Candles Review and Giveaway! - CLOSED!

I have always loved candles! I always have a candle burning in my kitchen! It just makes my house feel more special to me. Candles also help to rid my home of the smell of dirty diapers! I was very pleased when my Bridgewater Candle Company candle showed up on my doorstep! When I opened the box I could smell the wonderful scent of Shoreline! My sister was over at my house and just from opening the box we both noticed that the whole room began to smell lovely! The smell reminded me of a tropical vacation! The company describes the scent as a "clean, airy seashore with citrus and tropical florals." Bridgewater Candles are made from a Natural Soy Blend for maximum fragrance and long burn times. I was also sent some Shoreline Scented Sachets to try as well. These are wonderful to put in your car! I put mine under my car seat and every time I get into my car I am greeted by a wonderful scent... not the usually stinky sneaker smell left from my kids!

Frankie’s Story

In Port-au-Prince, Haiti, an expectant mother knew she was not likely to survive long after childbirth. She prepared a bag for her child with his belongings and a bottle of her used perfume. She wanted her young son, Frankie, to remember how she smelled.

Inspired by Frankie's birth mother's perfume, the vibrant rose, ylang and carnations are enhanced with the warmth of vanilla and creamy sandalwood. The special edition candle features a child’s handprint in a commemorative box with Frankie’s personal story.

Frankie’s adoptive family hopes this Special Edition fragrance inspired by the perfume, will bring awareness to the many orphans around the world. This will become a part of their “Light a Candle* Feed a Child ™” campaign to fight orphan hunger in a partnership with Rice Bowls.
