Before my life got crazy busy with three kids who have sports, scouts and other activities, I loved to scrapbook and do paper crafts!  I really miss having time for my hobby.  Recently I was given some items from the Spellbinders Celebra'tions Collection to review and my daughter Bella and I had a great time making a cute treat bag and greeting card.  She has a birthday coming up next month and this kit gave us a great idea for dressing up plain brown bags for treat bags for her party guests.

First we made the cute "Celebrate Party Hat Card"  Bella liked the way it looked in the directions but decided to put her own twist on it.  The cardstock that came in this set had different prints on each side and she liked the confetti side the best.  I told her to have fun creating her own card and I think it turned out very cute!  She plans on using this card for her friend's birthday party.

Next we made the "Best Day Ever Treat Bag"  It came with everything we needed to spruce up a plain paper sack.  Bella and I had a great time putting this together and she filled it with candy.  We plan on making some more of these treat bags for her 10th birthday party.  It's so fun to make something special and beautiful out of paper and embellishments.  We really enjoyed making these items from the Spellbinders Celbra'tions Collection.

The Spellbinders Celebra'tions Collection was created by Richard Garay and includes a complete collection of dies, stamps, paper, inks and accessories that are all coordinated to work perfectly together.  You can create one-of-a-kind cards, gifts, scrapbook layouts and more!  You can see our finished "Best Day Ever Treat Bag" below.  We changed it up a little from the directions.  Bella thought it was so much fun to make both crafts and I had fun spending time with her.
