The difference between the Soft Scrub 4-in-1 Toilet Care and other toilet bowl rim hangers is the plastic cage that keeps the product in place and the advanced formula that keeps it from dissolving too quickly.  What I really like is the price!  You can purchase it at Walmart for less than $2!  I think that it's definitely worth $2 every 4 weeks, if I can eliminate one toilet cleaning per week!  I think this is a really great product and would recommend it to all of those busy moms and dads out there!
