Rubbermaid: Hidden Recycler Review and Giveaway! - CLOSED!

I really try to recycle as much as I can.  I know that there is always room for improvement though!  With Earth Day fast approaching, we are reminded about our Earth's valuable resources and that our landfills are a big problem.  My family has a small recycling bin that was given to us by the city.  The recycling truck only comes once every two weeks, so my recycling bin is always overflowing!  Our recycling bin is located on the back porch, which I don't like, since it's inconvenient to take out every piece of recyclable trash.  I really don't like the alternative though, of leaving the stinky bin indoors.  Rubbermaid has recently come out with a really great product, which I am excited to tell you all about - the Hidden Recycler!

Rubbermaid's Hidden Recycler is a great product!  After receiving it, I installed it on the cabinet under my kitchen sink in a cinch!  Now instead of running outside every time I have a recyclable item or cluttering up my counters, I can just throw it in my Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler and when it gets full I can easily take the entire contents outside to my recycling bin.  I also LOVE that the Hidden Recycler is machine washable!  We all know how smelly trash cans can get!  The Hidden Recycler is large enough to hold gallon milk jugs!  We recycle a ton of milk jugs, so this is especially helpful for me.

More about Rubbermaid's Hidden Recycler:
  • Easy attachment to a cabinet door with hooks included with the product or screws
  • A convenient handle allows the bag to easily be transported to wherever your recycling is stored for pick-up or transport
  • A 5 gallon bag that holds up to 36 12-ounce cans and can fit a milk jug
  • The bag has a leak-proof liner and is machine washable to make it easy to clean after any unexpected spills
  • The bag is soft-sided allowing for flexibility inside any cabinet
  • The bag and all packaging is made from recyclable material, and the product is recyclable

BUY IT:

You can purchase the Rubbermaid Hidden Recycler online here for only $17.59!

WIN IT:

Thanks to Rubbermaid, one lucky Adventures of a Thrifty Mommy reader will win a Hidden Recycler of their own!  Click "Read more" and follow the Rafflecopter directions to enter.

Disclosure: I received the products mentioned above for this review. No monetary compensation was received by me. This is my completely honest opinion above and may differ from yours.
