#28 Buy store brand milk. All milk has to meet government standards, so there's no reason to pay extra for a brand name - unless you are buying organic or from a local dairy. As a mom and an operator of a daycare, I purchase at least 4 gallons a week. I buy my milk at Aldi's because it is the least expensive place around me to purchase it. Milk is usually 50 cents cheaper there than at Walmart, the next least expensive store. So my saving really add up! If I save $2 a week, that's $104 per year!

I agree! I fuss at the hubby when he comes home with PET milk or a brand name!
