My Daily Thrifty Tip for December 14, 2010

#15 Cheap Stocking Stuffer ideas: Now that you've spent alot of money on presents, it is time to fill the stockings! Here's a great idea for your hubby: make a coupon book full of things you can do for him. I always put things in it like a free back massage, or a get out of the dishes free night. Your husband would appreciate it and it's free to give!

Shop at the dollar stores for fun little toys for the kids. Target has a great dollar section where you can find socks, character pencils, stickers, etc. You can also find your child's favorite candy to put in his or her stocking.

Hello Shanee! Thanks for stopping by our blog! Now following yours as well. These are great ideas! :-) My husband and I don't have kids so we decided not to exchange gifts this year to save money. I do have a 15 year old brother so we are getting him something, but it will be nice this Christmas to just get together with our family and not be stressed out about purchasing gifts for everyone. Hope you and your's have a very Merry Christmas!

I appreciated the following and am doing the return favor. By the way, great idea on the coupon booklet for hubby's stocking. I was thinking along the same line, as I was bit perplex this year as to what to place in my DH's stocking. Thanks for the reminder. Have an awesome Tuesday.
