Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers Review and a $50 Walmart Gift Card Giveaway! - CLOSED!

***This is a sponsored post,  I was given the product(s) mentioned in exchange for this review.  All opinions are my own!
Fortunately we have gotten back into the swing of things with getting the kids back to school.  This year I have two kids in school since my little guy started Kindergarten.  Bella is in the third grade.  Those first few days were hectic!  Well, now we've got a pretty good morning routine and getting the kids to the bus stop on time hasn't been too difficult (most mornings).  I have learned to prepare things the night before like laying out their clothes, making sure backpacks are packed and all notes are signed.  I also try to start making their lunches the night before.  Well recently I was given a little help from Del Monte with the school lunch department!  We were given 5 flavors of their new Fruit Burst Fruit Squeezers to review and I'm excited to tell you all about them!  Each day we tried a new flavor and took pictures....  The first day Bella tried the mixed berry flavor as an after school snack.  She loved the flavors and said it was delicious like a fruit smoothie!

I love that Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers contain 1 and 1/2 servings of fruit or fruit + veggies.  This is a healthy snack that my family can have on the go.  No peeling, washing, or cutting required!  We have a very busy life with soccer practices, girl scouts, school fundraisers, you name it.  It's great to grab something easy to throw in the bag and even better when it's a healthy option for my kids!

On Day #2 Sam got to try the strawberry flavor of Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers while we were on our way to his soccer game.  He loves strawberries so I knew he'd love this!  I was right.  His exact words were "Mom, you have to buy these next time you go grocery shopping!"  He let me have a little taste and I love them too!  We will definitely be adding these to the shopping cart on our next trip to Walmart!

On Day #3 I added the apple cinnamon flavor to Sam's lunch box.  As I mentioned earlier, this is a big time saver for me in the mornings to just throw in a Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers into the kid's lunch boxes.  I refrigerate them the night before so that they help keep other things in their lunch boxes cold.  They don't have to be refrigerated before you open them, but must be kept cold in the fridge after opening (if there's anything left that is!)  Sam loved this flavor as well.  He said it was easy for him to open and easy to eat!

On Day #4 I got to enjoy a Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezer all to myself since the sign said "Mom's Treat"  I tried the blueberry flavor and I LOVED it!  This flavor actually has pumpkin and carrots in the mix, but you just taste the sweet flavors!  This is a great way to sneak more veggies into your kids' diet.  We have that problem with Sam.  He loves fruits, but won't eat many veggies.  This really was a treat for me, and one I will be indulging in from now on!  I just love the ease of the Fruit Burst Squeezer packages.  They are so easy that even my 11 month old can eat them!  I didn't take a picture, but she loves eating food from these squeezable packages.  She feels like a big girl.  She has refused all baby foods, but still can't eat everything we are eating.  This is a great option for her since she can feed herself and I don't have to worry that she'll choke since it's a puree.

On Day #5 we could do whatever we wanted, so Bella ate her Del Monte Fruit Squeezer in the backyard on our swingset.  She tried the Peach-Mango flavor and said she loved it the most out of the other flavors she tried.  Little did she know that this Fruit Burst Squeezer contained pumpkin and carrots too.  She just loved the sweet flavors of the peach and mango.  We all had a great time trying the different flavors of Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers!  Take it from this busy mom - they are a simple way to help keep your family eating healthy!
