We were selected to host a MommyParties Sponsored by Mega Bloks® Barbie® event and had a great time with the kids that were able to make it!  Bella was more than thrilled to receive the Build 'n Style Luxury Mansion as well as the Build 'n Style Pool Party.  Each girl that came to the party also received a smaller Build 'n Style Kiosk to take home!  We had so much fun and I'm excited to tell you all about these super fun toys!

Bella always complains that there really aren't many cool building sets for girls out there and she's right!  When we walk into the toy store and look at the building block sets, there will be an entire aisle of toys for boys but only a small section for girls - and she seems to have them all after Christmas.  When she saw a commercial about the Mega Bloks Barbie Luxury Mansion, she got really excited!  There is a whole world of Mega Bloks Barbie toys for girls her age!  The suggested age for these toys is 4 and up.  You definitely don't want any little ones to get a hold of these tiny pieces!

First I want to talk about the Mega Bloks Barbie Build 'n Style Luxury Mansion.  It is huge and comes with eight different rooms that can be decorated any way the girls want!  (You can see from the photo above that you can even build the rooms in different formations.)  The kitchen has adorable little accessories like a blender, toaster, a fridge that opens and more!  There is also a working elevator that will take Barbie and Teresa, the included dolls, up to the top rooms of the mansion.  The dolls have extra outfits that can be shared among the other Fab Girls!  Bella especially likes to put her dolls in the bat tub for a soak!

The girls had a wonderful time putting all of the sets together.  Each set comes with detailed directions, that girls their age can read and follow easily.  The moms really didn't have to help too much.  We had fun helping the girls with their sets though.  I had just as much fun playing as Bella did!

The sets came with stickers to decorate after we were done building.  The girls thought that was awesome!  I really like that the Barbie dolls have a Mega Blok peice on the bottom so that they can stand up easily in the house, pool or other kiosk.  You can play with all of these sets together and create a truly fun and amazing Mega Bloks Barbie world!

The Mega Bloks Barbie Build 'n Style Pool Party is super fun as well!  This muti-level pool can really hold water!  It comes with Pool Party Barbie and Pool Party Ken!  Sam likes to play with Pool Party Ken so that he feels better about liking a girl Mega Bloks set!  Pool Party Barbie comes with a swim suit and matching party skirt.  The details on the trees, flowers, and accessories are so cute!  This is the perfect addition to the Luxury Mansion!

These sets are so much fun and Bella and Sam have played with them for countless hours after the party was over. There are so many ways to customize the Luxury Mansion and Pool Party. Everything is interchangeable and they have so much fun playing "house" with the dolls!   I love that when they are done playing we can put it all back into the box and when they want to they can get it out and build again!  Way to go Mega Bloks Barbie!  These sets are super fun and this momma gives them two thumbs up!
