Peter Pauper Press: Pirate Scratch & Sketch Review and Giveaway! - CLOSED!

Peter Pauper Press is a great place for all of your stationery, book and gift needs!  I can always find something that I need or can give as a gift at Peter Pauper Press!  This time I was sent the Pirates Scratch & Sketch book to review!  Sam has been really into pirates lately, so I knew he'd love this art/activity book.  Bella has a few Scratch & Sketch books and Sam has been wanting one of his own.  This book is so neat!  Sam can scratch through the black coating of the paper to uncover foil paper underneath.  Some pages are gold and some are rainbow colored.  It's so much fun to scratch to reveal beautiful colors beneath!  This book has 20 pages to scratch-off as well as 20 more for sketching and features pirate ships, flags, weapons, and even famous pirates themselves.  Sam is really enjoying this book and included wooden stylus.

 Product Description:

Come aboard, matey, and scratch and sketch an adventurous life at sea. But beware the pirates may set you free or they may force you to join the crew! Aaaar! Sail off into the days of pirates as you uncover their wicked ways and their treasure with the handy wooden stylus. Learn about these scourges of the sea as you copy 20 simple sketches of the world's most famous pirates, their ships, weapons, flags, and more Just scratch away the black coating on the pages and discover the swirls and glitter that appear in your artwork like magic treasure. Ages 8 and up. Shrink-wrapped with a wooden stylus for drawing on black-coated paper to reveal colors beneath. 64 pages.
