2011 Holiday Gift Guide: Frosty's Winter Wonderland DVD Review

Last month, Warner Brothers released Frosty's Winter Wonderland to DVD! This is the remastered deluxe edition. We all know the song! We have the classic Frosty the Snowman DVD but I had never seen this episode before. In this cartoon Frosty returns for a winter season of fun and games with the children. The kids build him a snowlady companion and Jack Frost gets jealous of all of Frosty's attention. Jack swipes Frosty's magic hat and only true love can bring Frosty back to his old self. My whole family enjoyed this cartoon! I also liked the special features of the history of Snowmen and the Birth of Frosty! This would make a great holiday gift for just about anyone on your list! Make Frosty's Winter Wonderland a holiday tradition for your family!

DVD Synopsis:

Andy Griffith, Shelley Winters and Jackie Vernon lend their voices to this captivating cartoon about the Snowman's winter return to the children of a small town for a winter season of fun and games. But he's lonely at night when left by himself. So the grateful kids build him a beautiful snowlady companion. Jealous of the attention given Frosty, Jack Frost blows up a blizzard and swipes Frosty's magical, life-giving hat. Only true love can bring Frosty back to his old fun-loving self. Two songs that have proven to be enduring seasonal favorites highlight the soundtrack: "Frosty The snowman" and "Winter Wonderland".
