Kissaluvs makes their Antibacterial Pail Liners out of PUL (poly urethane laminate) which is fabric with a special anti-microbial effect. This helps to reduce unpleasant odors and protects against the formation of hazardous bacteria. My sister used her Kissaluvs Antibacterial Pail Liner right away and was pleasantly surprised by how it kept the unpleasant odors at bay. Wash/Care:

The pail liner will not need to be washed every time you wash the diapers inside it. When washing, simply toss it in your washing machine. Warm wash with Line dry or drying on low heat recommended.
