#138 Frugal home decorating: buy paint from the "Oops" section at home improvement stores. Sometimes home improvement stores mess up paint colors or the customer returns it, etc. It doesn't hurt to check the already mixed, unwanted paint and see if you can use it in your home. This can save you a lot of money! Just make sure you only need as much as they have on sale, because it may not be easy for them to match the "Oops" paint again!
