Yoga By The Dozen Review and Giveaway! - CLOSED

In the cold winter months it can be hard for my kids and daycare kids to get enough exercise. We don't get to go outside as much. I was thrilled to try out Yoga By The Dozen! It is a great yoga exercise program for kids. I put this in for the kids and they had a great time trying out all of the poses. JoAnna, the instructor teaches the kids how to do the poses correctly and teaches them how to say the names. My daughter, age 6, loved this! She does gymnastics, so yoga is good for keeping her in shape for her once a week gymnastics class. I actually enjoyed trying some of the poses as well!!!
