Thrifty Tip Friday!

#164 Reuse Tissue Boxes.  There are a lot of spiffy and expensive organization products on the market these days.  I save my plastic grocery bags for waste bag liners and more.  We never throw ours away and if we have a surplus of plastic shopping bags, I recycle them at my local Walmart.  Anyhoo...  Instead of buying one of those expensive bag dispensers, why not use an empty tissue box to dispense your plastic bags?  It's FREE and a great way to reuse your trash!

  1. Hi Shanee, I just stopped by from Purex Insiders, I'm a new follower & following your on fb too now.

I do this same thing in the laundry room to keep bags in to clean the liter tray. Works like a charm Shanee!

  3. Great idea to use tissue boxes for this purpose. I always use my plastic bags from the store for other uses.

  10. That is a great idea. I usually use my empty box to throw away dirty tissues by my bed. I also use them to keep the kids little toys in. We have markers and pens in other empty tissue boxes.
