As you all know by now, I am a huge supporter of Rock 'N Learn learning materials! We were just given a copy of their newest DVD: Letter Sounds! Sam is really starting to learn his letters. Now we just need to work on the sounds that the letters make. Thankfully I have the help of this new Rock 'N Learn DVD: Letter Sounds! The recommended ages for this DVD are 4-7 years. Sam is 3 1/2, but I don't mind giving him an early start! I love how this DVD works on teaching our children the sounds letters make, and then puts the letters and sounds together to teach kids how to sound out a word.. and read! I wish I would have had this DVD when Bella was younger! I think it would have really helped her to learn letter sounds and how to read faster! She's a good reader now thankfully, but I think that it's never too early to introduce reading to our kids! With the daycare kids, this is a great resource for me to teach them their letters as well! When I am making lunch, or otherwise preoccupied, I love popping in Rock 'N Learn DVDs for them! This way I know they are learning while they are enjoying some fun tv time!
